Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Coverage:
We deliver PixelLEDLights products across India, making quality lighting and event solutions accessible nationwide — from metros to remote towns and villages.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 7–9 business days
  • Custom or Bulk Orders: Delivery time may vary depending on stock and order size.

Shipping Charges:
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order weight and are applied during checkout.

Tracking Your Order:
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Partners & Handling:
We collaborate with reputed courier services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. However, delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues may sometimes occur.

Return Restrictions:
Products cannot be returned if any of the following are missing:

  • Fully equipped product components
  • Original purchase receipt from PixelLEDLights (WoodMart)
  • Warranty card
  • Service department defect report (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed as per applicable laws after verification.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Video Provided of damage or wrong item in 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return request is made within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • Product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • Customer has recorded an unboxing video before opening packaging (mandatory for returns).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or user error.
  • Items burnt due to improper use.
  • Used or tampered items (except manufacturing defects).

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer support at support@pixelledlights.com or call/WhatsApp +91-8306168472 with your order details.

Upon approval in 24 hours, our logistics team will arrange a pickup from your address within 72 hours.

Note: Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Inspection & Refund:
Returned products are inspected upon receipt.
All returned products will be inspected within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of receipt at our facility.
Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refund Process:
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
Credit time: 5–7 business days after return approval.
Maximum time for return and refund: 7 days.

Replacement Policy

Damaged or incorrect items can be replaced instead of refunded.
Replacement requests are processed within 10 days and will be delivered to the customer’s address within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
