Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). -
Estimated Delivery Time:

Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 7-9 business days

Custom or Bulk Orders: Delivery time may vary depending on stock and order size.

Shipping Charges:
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order weight and are applied during checkout. -
Tracking Your Order:
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time. -

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Return request is made within 1 day of receiving the product.

Product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Customer has recorded an unboxing video before opening packaging (mandatory for returns).
