Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping Coverage:
    We deliver PixelLEDLights products across India, making quality lighting and event solutions accessible nationwide — from metros to remote towns and villages.

  2. Order Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  3. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 7-9 business days

  • Custom or Bulk Orders: Delivery time may vary depending on stock and order size.

  1. Shipping Charges:
    We do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order weight and are applied during checkout.

  2. Tracking Your Order:
    Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

  3. Delivery Partners & Handling:
    We collaborate with reputed courier services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. However, delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues may sometimes occur.

  4. Return Restrictions:
    Please note, products cannot be returned if any of the following are missing:

  • Fully equipped product components

  • Original purchase receipt from PixelLEDLights (WoodMart)

  • Warranty card

  • Service department defect report (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed as per applicable laws after verification.


Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:
    We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Return request is made within 1 day of receiving the product.

  • Product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

  • Customer has recorded an unboxing video before opening packaging (mandatory for returns).

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or user error.

  • Items burnt due to improper use.

  • Used or tampered items (except manufacturing defects).

  1. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer support at support@pixelledlights.com or call/WhatsApp +91-8306168472 with your order details.

  • Upon approval, our logistics team will arrange a pickup from your address.

  • Note: Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  1. Inspection & Refund:

  • Returned products are inspected upon receipt.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

  1. Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after return approval.

  1. Replacement Policy:

  • Damaged or incorrect items can be replaced instead of refunded.

  • Replacement requests are processed within 10 days, subject to stock availability.
