We deliver PixelLEDLights products across India, making quality lighting and event solutions accessible nationwide β from metros to remote towns and villages.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24β48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities:Β 5β7 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas:Β 7β9 business days
- Custom or Bulk Orders:Β Delivery time may vary depending on stock and order size.
Shipping Charges:
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order weight and are applied during checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

- Warranty card

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Return request is made within 1 day of receiving the product.
- Product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- Customer has recorded an unboxing video before opening packaging (mandatory for returns).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to mishandling or user error.
- Items burnt due to improper use.
- Used or tampered items (except manufacturing defects).

Upon approval in 24 hours, our logistics team will arrange a pickup from your address within 72 hours.
Note:Β Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Inspection & Refund:
Returned products are inspected upon receipt.
All returned products will be inspected within a maximum ofΒ 3 business daysΒ from the date of receipt at our facility.
Refunds or replacements are processed within 7β10 business days after inspection.
