Every toran, wedding gate, stage or building front comes with a different size and a different wiring layout. The PLL 2K WiFi Pixel LED Controller is built to handle all of them from one device. With the old PLL2000, you had to remove the SD card for every size change and the S or Z wiring was fixed. Now up to 16 sizes fit on a single SD card, and the size, S/Z connection, controller position, LED IC and colour order are all set from your mobile browser. No laptop, no card swapping on site.

Type any name or message on your phone and it plays on the lights, in any language. You control the text effect, background effect, text colour, background colour, outline colour, speed and direction. Add a border around the whole setup with its own colour and effect. The playlist lets you set how many seconds the text and the design each run, and the controller keeps switching between them automatically. Works on both toran and building setups.

How to Use the PLL 2K WiFi Controller – Step-by-Step Guide

Setting it up for the first time? Follow these steps and you will be ready in about 10 minutes.

STEP 1 • CONNECTION

Connect the controller to 5V and join its WiFi

Connect the controller to a 5V SMPS. The WiFi LED on the controller lights up once it has power.

• Open WiFi on your mobile, laptop or iPhone
• Select the network PLL 2K WiFi
• Enter the password: 88888888

STEP 2 • OPEN THE CONTROL PAGE

Open the control page in your browser

Once connected, open Google Chrome or any other browser.

• Type https://192.168.4.1 in the address bar
• The controller's control page will open
• If it does not open, try http://192.168.4.1

STEP 3 • SETUP CONFIGURATION

Set connection type, LED IC and size

All wiring and LED settings are done on this page.

• Choose the connection type: S or Z
• Choose the controller position
• Select the LED IC: 2811 / 2812 / 1903, then the colour order: RGB / GRB / BGR
• Enter your size below and click Save Config

STEP 4 • TEXT CONFIGURATION (1/2)

Type your text and choose effects and colours

Type a name or message in the text box. Text in any language is supported.

• Pick a Text Effect from the list
• Add a BG Effect (background) if needed
• Choose the text colour, background colour and outline colour

STEP 5 • TEXT CONFIGURATION (2/2)

Set speed and direction, then play the text

You can also set how fast the text moves and in which direction.

• Set the text speed
• Choose the text direction
• Click Apply Setting to save
• Click Play Text and the text appears on your setup

STEP 6 • TEXT BORDER

Run a border around the whole setup

Turn the border option ON if you want a border.

• Choose the border colour
• Choose the border effect
• Click apply and the border shows live on your setup

STEP 7 • DESIGN + TEXT TIMING

Set how long text and designs play

Enter the time in seconds. Each item plays for exactly the time you set.

• Enter how many seconds the text should play
• Enter how many seconds the design should play
• Click Start Playlist to save all text settings

STEP 8 • DESIGN SPEED & SIZE

Change design speed and size

Use the toggle to make designs faster or slower. The box below lists every size on your SD card (maximum 16 sizes).

• Select a size and click Play Design
• After changing the size, repeat the setup from the start
• If something goes wrong, click Stop All and set it again
