Delivery & Return

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
  • Check the tracking details: If you received an email or SMS with a tracking number, you can track your order directly through the carrier’s website (like UPS, FedEx, or India Post).
  • Contact customer support: Reach out to the customer service team from where you ordered. They’ll be able to give you the most accurate information about your order’s status.
  • Verify shipping timeframes: Check the estimated delivery time. Sometimes delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or other reasons.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
  • Courier Services: Most delivery companies (like FedEx, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.) generally don’t make deliveries on public holidays. However, some may offer special services or have limited delivery options on certain holidays.
  • Company Policies: Some businesses may ship orders out before holidays, but deliveries may be paused until the next business day. If you order near a public holiday, it’s common for shipments to be delayed until services resume.
  • Holiday Exceptions: On major holidays like Diwali, Christmas, or New Year, expect delays, but some companies or couriers might offer expedited services with specific holiday delivery options.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
  • Check the Website: Many businesses list their shipping policies, including the areas they deliver to, on their website. Look for a “Shipping Information” or “Delivery” section.
  • Enter Your Postcode at Checkout: During the checkout process, most online stores will ask for your address, and they’ll automatically check whether they can deliver to your postcode. You should be informed of any delivery restrictions right there.
  • Contact Customer Support: If you’re unsure, contacting the company’s customer service team is a good way to get confirmation. They can tell you if they deliver to your specific postcode and provide any additional delivery information.
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is not always available on all orders, as it depends on several factors. Here’s what typically affects whether next-day delivery is an option:

1. Availability of Service

  • Location: Some regions or remote areas may not have next-day delivery options due to logistics or shipping constraints. If you’re in a rural area or a location that’s farther from major hubs, delivery might take longer.
  • Courier Service: Different courier companies offer next-day delivery, but not all services may be available for every type of order. Some delivery services like FedEx Express, DHL Express, or Blue Dart offer next-day delivery, but it’s typically for select items and locations.

2. Order Cutoff Time

  • Many businesses have a cutoff time for orders to be eligible for next-day delivery, usually in the afternoon (e.g., 2 PM or 3 PM). If you place your order after this time, next-day delivery may not be available.

3. Product Availability

  • Some items may not be available for next-day shipping due to stock or warehouse locations. If the product is out of stock or located in a warehouse far from your delivery address, next-day delivery may not be possible.

4. Shipping Method

  • Next-day delivery usually comes with an additional fee. You may need to select this option at checkout if it’s available. If it’s not available at checkout, it may not be an option for your specific order.

5. Public Holidays/Weekends

  • Next-day delivery may not be available during public holidays, weekends, or if a holiday falls on a working day, as most couriers don’t operate on these days. For example, if you place an order on a Friday, it may not arrive until Monday.

6. Order Type

  • Some businesses offer expedited shipping for certain product categories (e.g., electronics, in-stock items) while others may not.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

1. Signature for Delivery

  • Signature Required: Some deliveries, particularly those for high-value items, important products, or premium shipping options, may require a signature from the recipient to confirm the delivery.
    • Courier Services: Services like DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, or India Post may ask for a signature for certain items to ensure the package reaches the correct person.
    • Package Type: Expensive or sensitive items, such as electronics or documents, typically require a signature for security reasons.
  • No Signature Required: For many standard or low-value deliveries, the courier may leave the package at your doorstep or a safe location without requiring a signature. However, this can vary depending on the courier and the delivery address.

How to know if you need to sign: The seller or courier will often specify if a signature is required. This information can be found on the shipping confirmation email or tracking details. You’ll usually be notified in advance if you need to be available for the signature.

2. OTP (One-Time Password) Verification

OTP verification is becoming more common with deliveries, especially for:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • High-security shipments, such as financial documents or valuable goods.
  • Contactless deliveries or when couriers want to avoid physical signatures for safety or health reasons (e.g., during COVID-19).

How OTP works:

  • The courier service will send a one-time password (OTP) to your phone or email.
  • When the delivery arrives, you will be asked to enter the OTP on the courier’s delivery system (either through their app, website, or by reading it aloud to the delivery agent).
  • Once the OTP is verified, the delivery is considered complete.

Is OTP required for your delivery?:

  • If your order is being shipped with a courier that uses OTP for verification (such as COD orders or some premium courier services), you’ll usually get a notification or a tracking update that mentions the OTP requirement.

NOTE =  PLEASE PROVIDE OTP IN ONLY ON IF YOU HAVE PAKAGE IN YOUR HAND , WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF SHIPPING PARTNER MISSUSE OR CANCEL THE PAKAGE VIA OTP VERIFICATION.
