Pixelledlights offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through Delhivery/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via Ecom Express (India only) or DTDC, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition, you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Delivery Policy

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

2. Shipping Time & Processing

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

    • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 7-9 business days

    • Custom Orders or Bulk Purchases: May take additional time, subject to stock availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Not Available on Any orders.

  • Standard Shipping Charges: A nominal shipping fee applies for orders calculated at checkout on areawise.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Partner & Handling

We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical issues may occur.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The return request is raised within 1 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/manuals included.

  • The product must be in original Unboxing video before unbox packaging, To raise a return request .

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.

  • Items Burned due to no knowledge of user.

  • Used or tampered items (except in case of defects).

3. How to Request a Return?

  2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, our logistics team will arrange a pickup from your address. *return Courier charges is bear by customers  in any case*

  3. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after return approval.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement requests are processed within 10 days, subject to stock availability.
